SPECIAL RUG SERVICES
Binding ($ 1.95 ln.ft) The Application of a woven cloth tape to the raw edge of a carpet. We use the finest quality meterials available and our sewing machines are designed for this purpose only specifically.
Serging ($ 1.95 ln.ft) The continuous wrapping of the edge of a carpet with yarn so as to secure the edge and give it a finished look. For extra durability, reinforced edges are added before the application of serging.
3" wide cotton binding ($2.95 in. ft) Extra wide - super decorative - 3" cotton fabric is sewn to edge of short piled carpet to give it a finished look and prevent unraveling and fraying.
Beveling ($ 2.95 ln.ft) The technique of carving of a V-shaped, three dimensional groove between colors or borders in a rug.
Carpet Coverbase Carpet is to cut into various size strips. Binding is then applied to one edge. It's an ideal alternate for baseboards.
