A Remnant is: first quality, brand new (from the carpet mill) and has stain protection, for easy maintenance. A " Remnant " or " Balance " is the last 5' - 25' of the roll, after it has been cut at the mill. We then bulk-buy these " High Quality " remnants and save money and pass it down to you.
